Thinking, experimenting, reading, refining, and building towards something better.

What I’m working on…
My energy is centred on two content series:
- The Quiet Marketer: Strategies and support for solo marketers and small teams inside big organisations
- Neuroscience of Marketing: Exploring how the brain shapes decisions, persuasion, and consumer behaviour
I had been publishing daily on LinkedIn, but I recently paused. I’m preparing to restart consistent posting this month.
On YouTube, I’m focused on creating the perfect filming environment by assembling the necessary equipment, experimenting with lighting, and decorating the walls to reflect the style I want for each channel.
What I’m studying
I’m studying International Finance as part of my Master of Applied Finance at UNSW. Right now, I’m diving into exchange rates: what drives them, how they shift, and the tools you can use to hedge currency risk.
I’ve completed all the requirements of my internship with Lifeline Narrm. All that remains is another 10–15 hours of phone shifts before I qualify as a fully–fledged Crisis Supporter.
Projects and side experiments
Outside of work, I’ve started a massive Van Gogh The Starry Night jigsaw puzzle without using the box as a reference. Building it blind is both frustrating and strangely meditative.
What’s feeding my brain
Books
- “A Treatise on Human Nature” by David Hume
- “Great Expectations” by Charles Dickens
- “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron
Podcasts
- The Rest is History – especially the World War I series
- The Rest is Politics
- This interview between Dr Ali Mattu and Dr David Jobes
Where you can find me
I’m based in Melbourne. Lately I’ve been out exploring the bike paths on my new bicycle, a welcome reset from time at the desk.
